"Resting" While Southwestern Colorado is the most famous area of the state for fall colors, there are plenty of pockets of beautiful aspens all along the Front Range, as I've found here near the Mt. Evans Wilderness Area. After a long season, these fallen leaves appear to be resting along the river, enjoying the view.
